TalentRooster – the premiere video tool for talent acquisition – is growing, and we’re looking for a rockstar to join our sales team in our Columbus, Ohio headquarters!

Job Description

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling TalentRooster’s products and services.  Personally contacts and secures new customers through a relationship-based approach.

Specific Duties

  • Make 50 – 100 outbound calls per day, introducing video interview technology to businesses across America
  • Identify prospective customers
  • Conduct webinars to demonstrate the power of our technology
  • Maintain CRM database in SalesForce
  • Provide world-class customer service to all of our partners

Qualifications

Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and on a team within a flexible, fun, and sometimes chaotic environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and SalesForce or other CRM preferred.

Some technology sales or account management experience is a definite plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
