TalentRooster announces the launch of TalentRooster.com

TalentRooster announced today the launch of TalentRooster.com, an integrated web application that connects job seekers, and hiring managers with cutting-edge digital video profiles and video resumés. Using the TalentRooster Video Capture Tool, hiring managers can easily create digital video profiles and video resumés of job-seekers and upload these to TalentRooster.com for others within the company to search — giving hiring managers quick and easy access to pre-screened, fully vetted job seekers. This gives hiring managers the ability to see a job seeker’s “best 60 seconds” before bringing them in for an interview, saving valuable time. Better yet, if a company passes on a job seeker, their job seeker profile can be posted online at TalentRooster.com—getting the job seeker in front of other potential employers.
