Here's what not to do...

Don't say ummm... Avoid phrases such as "um.. like.. ah.. you know.." These will, ummm, distract from your answers, you know?	Stay focused Answer what you're asked and keep to the point so the viewer stays interested.
Make eye contact Look at the camera and not at the computer screen - this promotes good eye contact.	Smile and relax! The best videos are conversational - pretend like you're talking with a good friend.
