You've probably never seen anything like TalentRooster before. Our intelligent candidate profiles give you everything you need to help you make an informed hiring decision. Here's an overview of what you'll see when you view a candidate profile.

This provides you with the general information you need to know, such as their name, location, categories, skills, and any other information they want you to know.

Pre-recorded video interview
The candidate's video interview will provide answers to three questions giving you a feel of how they communicate.

If the candidate is represented by a search, recruiting or staffing firm, this will be indicated here.

Checklist
Candidates that are represented by search, recruiting staffing firms or an HR professional will have certain checklist items completed, giving you peace of mind that they have been pre-screened for you.

The candidate's work history is displayed, so you can know where they have worked and details of previous positions.

The personality profile displays the candidate's personality characteristics, based on a personality test administered by TalentRooster.
