Reach out and get connected!

Once your TalentRooster account is active, you’ll be able to personally connect with candidates by clicking the “request contact information” button. This will send a notice to the candidate, and if they agree to send their personal information to you, you’ll be notified via e-mail. For your convenience, a notice will also be sent to your TalentRooster inbox.

All your messages, all in one place.

Once you’ve made a connection with a candidate, you can easily correspond with them with your TalentRooster Inbox, setting up an interview, sharing job details and important hiring-related documents. Your inbox functions like e-mail — it’s simple and easy to use.

Stay in touch with past candidates.

Just because a candidate didn’t work out for a particular job opening doesn’t mean you may not want to keep them on your radar. Use the “previous contacts” feature to see all the candidates you’ve contacted in the past that might still be quality candidates and a good fit for your organization.

Once the hire is done, be sure to close the loop.

When you’ve made a hire, you’ll have to report the candidate as hired. This alerts us to de-activate the candidate’s profile from the site and initiate the invoicing process. You only need to do this once the candidate is hired, and you’ll only be invoiced for candidates that you hire.
